Under the guidance of this design idea, after extensive investigation, the design personnel determined the specifications of av8 series refrigeration compressor of Xuemei company as 34, 41, 48 and 56 m3 / h.

In the design process, the designers use the internationally popular three-dimensional design software to design and assemble all parts of the series compressor by computer, which greatly reduces the redundant space in the cabinet, saves raw materials, and makes the compressor more compact, reasonable and stable in operation. This series of compressor adopts advanced design, such as imported valve plate with strong impact resistance, crankshaft with high surface hardness, main shaft bearing with low friction, piston ring plated with hard chromium on the surface, and high efficiency oil pump lubrication.

Xuemei performance test center also carried out 1000 hours full performance and durability test for av8 series compressor, and analyzed the test data, which showed that all of them met the national standards and European standards. Xuemei series compressors are all produced by the new CNC machining center, which ensures the accuracy of the products, which can not be achieved in other ordinary machine tools. After more than half a year's careful preparation, Xuemei av8 series refrigeration compressor has been mass produced and put into the market. Once popularized, av8 series refrigeration compressor is favored by consumers and manufacturers for its small parts wear, superior performance index, reaching and exceeding the level of foreign advanced compressor, and can replace imported compressor.
